This place is beyond expensive! They wanted $1,299 for a Serta mattress! That same mattress is on eBay for $599 & Free Shipping! Even Goldstein Furniture was WAY cheaper then this place! They wanted $749 for the same mattress plus I got 10% off for Veterans Day! Avoid Sleepy Hollow unless you are made of money and enjoy paying list price for mattresses!
They sell themselves as a family-owned small business but their customer service is worse than any big chain store. My mattress lasted 6 months before it was junk, and not only are they not replacing it at no cost to me, it took me MONTHS of constant phone calls just to get an answer. Easily my most disappointing purchase ever. I haven't even finished paying for my bed, and it is useless to me.
