Great front desk service - clean room - great price for room -
They get one star because of the front desk person. He tried to be helpful. We rented 5 rooms for 10 people. When we got there it was the worse hotel we've ever been to. It was more like a motel 6. We were told some of us had to sleep in a one-bed room even though we booked two-bed rooms. For what it was, the night rate should have been 30 bucks instead of 75. Our rooms were disgusting. One had red splatters on the wall. The other one had bed bugs for sure. Two other rooms had bad locks; doors would not lock at all (obviously unsafe). We contacted corporate and called the 1800 number as well. Nobody could help us. We could not get into other rooms and they refused even a partial refund. We just drove two minutes dows the road and stayed at the Quality Inn (much better!). It was the same rate of $75 for better quality, cleaner, safer, and a good complimentary breakfast. If you can avoid this place, do it!
The room was neat and clean. Small but definitely sufficient for a two night stay. The staff was very hospitable. We would stay here again.
It's a great place to stay. TV was old. Internet was fast enough. Strange place to have the front desk. The free breakfast was OK.
Clean room but very unprofessional management. Charged much more than quoted over the phone and more than their advertised price online. Terrible business practice.
