I've had shoulder pain and discomfort for years. I finally decided to see a physical therapist after a friend recommended me to Roscoe Physiotherapy. Dr. Anthony evaluated my shoulder and really took the time to not only assess my pain but to also get to know me as an individual. He then developed an exercise routine that he would help me with and also instructed me to do simpler exercises that I could do at home. I can definitely say that the exercises that Dr. Anthony developed for me are starting to improve the strength and mobility of my shoulder.
