I rented a truck for a week to drive to Florida. The price was what I thought would be, but the surprise came when I was led to my rental. Brand New Silverado with all the bells and whistles! Very sharp, plus I was in and out in about 10 minutes of walking through the door.
A little costly to rent a van but all worth it. Unlimited mileage and the availability to keep the rental for 24 hours makes it nice knowing I don't have to rush to return it by close the same day. The staff is very nice and welcoming! Would recommend!
They would've gotten a 5 start rating but because I had to clean out the vehicle because to them it was too much for their guys to clean. Which was ridiculous by the way. It was just dirt from getting in and out of the vehicle. Nothing major and nothing their guys couldn't do. So ridiculous.

Great experience during a stressful week where I'd be without my trusty old vehicle for a few days. Chad at the Hermitage Enterprise office was awesome. He and his colleague were exceptionally gracious and pleasant during both the pickup and return, even though I had a few dumb questions (fortunately, I don't do this often enough to know how things go during the process). Enterprise's tag line is, "We'll pick you up." As it turns out, they'll drop you off as well. Highly recommend these guys.
